Soldiers Angels -- something fishy again... I was reading Soldiers Angels Financials, specifically looking for the 2012 Independent Auditors Report. The Table of Contents lists that report as being on pages 1-2. Those pages are mysteriously missing. At the bottom of pages 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, is stated: The accompanying notes are an integral part of these financial statements. The notes are gone. I have contacted the accounting company and asked for a full copy. I have contacted the founder of Soldiers Angels and asked why the crucial notes have been removed. In the audits from 2004 through 2011, the auditors notes are 1 page long and are in all the reports. But for 2012, they are listed as 2 pages long and are not there. Notice, too, that the cover page of the 2012 report is obviously not straight from a PDF. It looks as though the report was printed out, then the 2 pages of auditors notes pulled out, and the rest of the report was re-scanned back into PDF. Notice the 2012 cover page is black and white, whereas 2006 through 2011 are color. I will state it again. Something is wrong at Soldiers Angels. Stay away.
