Hello to all my Ambit energy customers and those of my associates. I feel a need to explain the rules of that game to a wide audience because such a great service has attracted a very large following. I have sent mass notices a couple times before but I cant reach everyone. If you missed your mailing from Ambit however many months ago, it explained that they changed the plan in a couple ways. First, You yourself must renew yearly. Its a simple renew my guarantee but its required for the savings. By phone 877-282-6248 or better, by website with the Ambit acct number on second page of National grid bill as username. Go to Ambitenergy to Customer login tab. The other change is they now guarantee 2% annual savings instead of 1%. Not a huge deal, but as I have always said, it will be the among the very lowest prices always and you will help keep competition, without which National Grid can charge what ever they want. The bad news is if you neglect to renew your plan, Ambit can do the same. As with most services, its a game were in and you have to play smart to do well. I highly suggest setting up your web page and keeping current that way. All the best, Andy
