Seeking a professional who is experienced in working with athletes & dancers is key, as it gets the rehab processes going faster and you get the coaching that is needed on how to continue training & doing your rehab at the same time. Im sure there will be disagreement, (though Im still small fish and probably under the radar of the blog trolls) but things like good manual therapy and dry needling have made huge impact on many of the athletes treated in clinic.
