Solution to Police Brutality FEDERAL AND STATE POLICE BOARD ISSUING LICENSING I’m equivocally suggesting having independence police board both at states and the federal level. The police board is an independent organization whose representative is elected and appointed by the governor of each state. Some board members are either appointed or elected. The duty of the State board of police is responsible of issuing licensing of each police force which means the police officer licensing has to adhere to the rules and regulation governing the board. Although the police officer both at the f, states, cities, local county when the board deem the a certain police has violet the rules and regulation governing the board code of ethics in other words there must be code of ethic that govern each police officers. The police licensing must be renew every two years and the police must have 30 credits hours the police must vigorously take prior to expiring of his license. When police failed to renewed his or her license then he or her cease to exist as a police officer till the license is renewed. The board has the power to sanction any police officer who moral conduct failed in the execution of his or her duty. The police will have the same discipline like the states board of nursing. Those who are already in the police force should have a period of transition which they must prepared and get their license. The standard of regulation must be uniformed in each state both police must at adhere to those rules and regulations set forth.
