It also strengthens your ability to concentrate, as you learn to pay close attention to the changes in the snow. So yeah, go out and try something that scares you :] you will be surprised what your body can do when your mind is set. The most important lesson Ive gotten from every sport is to never ever give up! Always exceed your capabilities because your thrive can take you to endless paths and you will be surprised at yourself with what could you accomplish.
