Some customer services are so crappy...My mom (Who lives in CA) called to ask me if I know where my dad would get their Chevy trucks serviced because they needed maintenance. I called a Chevy near my parents house and explained that my dad passed and was the one who handled all their car stuff, that I live in Vegas and cant accompany my mom there to help her, and if they can check if my dad was a customer there. She just says, Yeah so, lyke, we dont have the authorization to check... Thats it. No solution. No manager. They cant type his name into a computer or our cars VIN. No empathy. Nothing. I stayed quiet for a few seconds waiting to see if she could do anything else. Nope. Makes me glad Zappos pushes us to go above and beyond for customers. I am embarrassed for Chevy...
