Some good news: During the mopping-up operation in Lysychansk by the high mobility assault forces a group of snipers was neutralized. The position of terrorist militants was in a well fortified reinforced concrete bunker. The troopers unblocked the bunker with explosives and the sniper terrorist unit was destroyed. During the mopping-up operation in Lysychansk our forces also found a huge arms depot of the terrorists. The Ukrainian army captures are: a “Kamaz” camion with missiles for the surface-to-air missile system “Strila-10”, a lot of small-arms, mortars and main guns. The Ukrainian troopers consider that their main captures are new generation sniper rifles made in Russian Federation. The combat spirit among the terrorists is lost. They do panic. The Lysychansk citizens welcome Ukrainian army solders staying along the road crying “Thank you for liberation!”
