The sun beat down on Chef Allan as he fired up a smorgasbord of hotter than hot Barbie goodness including Spicy Chorizo Skewers and Beef Skewers with garlic, parsley & sea salt. Rather fine outdoors area they have too at the Lab aka that much favoured space of ours.....The Beer Garden! This we like & we can see ourselves convening a management board meeting there some day soon.............
