Some ideas for my next Manifesto: -take the stairs! -Hold a baby! -Pick up your guitar and MAKE SOME MUSIC :) -Sing your heart out -Take a back seat sometimes~ its fun to let someone else drive sometimes! -Make room for one more. -Fly a glider (or at least go watch one) -Meet your friend at an outdoor cafe and share the table with a couple of strangers. -Ride a 7-speed bike for 20k on Flat Land -Stay committed to your goals and Finish what you start! -Have an Epic Win~ like my survey! -Failure is not a big deal. Go for it! -Write every day. And share it! -LIght a candle, and plug in your Christmas lights all year round. -Harmonize with a friend on Nothing Else Matters. -Treat your husband with EMPATHY. -Reach out and ask for help or advice when you need it~ Expat Blog, FB friends, Google, SKYPE, or just downstairs. -Connect with People and Animals daily. -Be thrifty and Recycle. -Save water~ shower with a friend :) -Take time to Relax with a good book. -Say thank you! -Get warm and fluffy :) Hold a cat! -Practice 30 sec. of intentional silence on occasion :) -Ask follow-up questions like HONY -Feed a bee or two on the veranda -Share your umbrella the next time it rains. -Reveal a secret to someone~ who knows, they may be hiding the same one. -Encourage someone younger than you. -Read more, write more, sing more, dance more, laugh more, LOVE more! -Write a love letter and mail it. -Talk to the bus driver. Hell probably appreciate it. -Do what you can with what you have :) -Luxuriate in your watermelon-colored comforter. -Crawl on the floor and be silly for a moment :) -Fill in the cracks wherever you find them. -Tell a joke (find one first!) -Put lavender in your humidifier and BREATHE deeply! -Wear comfortable clothes. -Take your camera and notebook with you at all times. -Drink Lemon Water when youre thirsty. -Eat a grapefruit when you want something sweet. -Learn French~ pourquoi pas?
