Some lessons from our first week of a 7ish week trip: 5th wheels unhitch better when tail gate is lowered first; dont let your fuel tank fall below half; carry a filled container of spare fuel...chances are youll need it in the middle of a two lane construction zone where there is no shoulder & the tank is on the traffic side & the speed limit is still 65. (BTW, thank you to the few who slowed yesterday on Westbound I-90 in SD.). You know that guideline you read here about 2-2-2? Follow it! Amazingly, we are still having an awesome time & are looking forward to a few days exploring The Black Hills.
