Some make use of logical fallacies in order to discredit those who disagree with a certain reality (for instance the proclamation of a Caliphate which was criticized by different groups and scholars worldwide). However it is very important to scrutinize the critique of the opponents of the proclamation. Particularly when their critique is shari based it doesnt befit to react with emotions and personal attacks (in the worst case making tabdee or takfeer). So for those who might disagree with the critique (such as absence of real authority, security and comprehensive implementation of Islam which also contains the economic, political, social system of Islam) they only have to prove otherwise by iqaamatul hujjah. As the critique is based on different works regarding the political system of Islam (al siyaasah al shariyyah, al ahkaam al sultaniyyah) such as works by Imam al Mawardi, Abu Yalaa, Rashid Reda, Taqiuddin an Nabhani etc. in which things like bayat al iniqaad, ahlul halli wal aqd, amaan, iktiyaar are discussed. Simultaneously one should not dismiss the reality on the ground as tahqeeq al manaat (understanding reality) is a main factor in order to judge a certain matter. Politically speaking one should understand the political reality in Iraq,Syria, its key players, current infighting, American plan for Iraq (as proclaimed by people like Paul Bremer) i.e. their wish to divide Iraq (three autonomous states; Sunni, Shii and Kurdish). As we all know the believer should be insightful, in order for him not be bitten from the same hole twice.
