Some may not want to admit this happens to them sometimes but...The enemy(call him who he is, the devil) has a way of making people, places, things which some may call desires, hopes, dreams etc. to cause people to have a distorted view of whats most important in life. You can have it all and still feel an emptiness. A longing that can only be filled by God. While there is nothing wrong with having your desires, hopes, dreams fulfilled, just allow them to draw you closer to Him instead of getting caught up in them and self. He is responsible for all gifts/blessings? Lets keep God first! After all having a real personal relationship with Jesus is whats most important.
