Some more ideas for a health hamper: dried fruits, nuts (unsalted), seed mixes (chia, hemp, flax etc), natural nut butters (peanut, almond, cashew etc), coconut water/milk/oil, natural honey, protein shakes/powder, olives, sundried tomatos, water/rice crackers (wholemeal). If it is convenient to give fresh foods: fresh herbs spices (can be wrapped up like flowers & smell amazaing), greek & coconut yogurt, fresh seasonal fruits, avocados, smoked salmon, fresh seed breads, healthy dips (no preservatives) protein balls, freshly squeezed juices.
