Some more kudos going out to our Abilene store, 508. Andy and his fiance went out of their way to make sure someones day wasnt upset by some out-of-control circumstances. Heres the customers email: My name is Jeremy N. I would like to take a minute and tell about an amazing experience my family had at the Abilene, Tx Als Formal Wear. We had a last minute Tuxedo order for my step son who is our local Fall Festival King in Roscoe, Tx. He needed a tuxedo for Saturday the 26th. We went in and the manager was quick to help us and took amazing care of us. We had a great time last Monday in the store as we all cracked a few jokes, visited with other customers, and got my step son fitted for his tuxedo. The store was fairly busy, but Andy made sure we felt valued in the store. We were there about 30 minutes and we were scheduled to pick up on Thursday. Thursday my family was unable to come in as life just kept us busy and we live 45 miles away. Friday morning I was in a car accident that totaled my suburban. We were not going to be able to drive the 45 miles to Abilene to pick up the tuxedo we needed for the next day. We called the store around 4 pm and told Andy we would be unable to make it. Andy was aware of the importance it was for Heath to have his Tuxedo on Saturday for the early morning Fall Parade and King and Queen ceremony. We did not ask this of him, but Andy and his fiance drove the 45 miles to our house on Friday night after he closed the store. They arrived around 745PM, Tuxedo in hand. It was a blessing. I cant thank him enough for taking the time out of his day especially after closing time to bring that to us almost an hour away. We will be back to Als and we will spread the word of the great service we received. Thanks again Als Formal and Andy! Andy (and his fiance) saved the day. Way to go, guys!
