Some not so fun stuff going on in my school district pertaining to school lunch. Who else wants to boycott Aramark? From my friend, Leslie Carson: At last night’s Finance Committee meeting, Aramark told the CBSD School Board and Administration that after 200 hours of research (that CBSD asked for), they have concluded it would be excruciatingly difficult and costly to serve a minimally processed food menu and that the kids probably wouldn’t like it anyway and sales would likely plummet as a result. The school board and administration thanked Aramark heartily for all their hard work and agreed it was too difficult and expensive to serve healthier food.
