Some of mine bonsai friends out there. I bought a potted bonsai tree with insurance , the Seller packed the tree in the box, FedEx delivered and when I unpacked the box I found the tree with a broken pot. The pot got broke in three places. The Sender had file the claim three times to FedEx and FedEx wont pay. Reason, insufficient packing. FedEx took the broken pot to example and they still wont pay and they have thrown my pot away. The Seller has promised to give me another pot when he has one laying around. This has been since late August. What chance do I have to get another one from the Seller? Do I sue the Seller and FedEx for small claim?It is a big pot. Do you Guys have this problem before?
