Some of my pet peeves/hates Mediocrity of people with power. The constant lowering of the "bar" to accommodate incompetence and base mediocrity! Misplaced superiority complex Prejudice and persecution of others (often by weak and jaundiced people) Bullying Abuse of women and children by anyone Disrespect for our Mothers and the elderly! Fake people People whom you help and often develop who not only betray you but then try to destroy you Gratitude and hypocrisy People who use religion as a shield and do not live by what they preach. Cowards who expect others to "die" for them People who keep making the same mistakes and then look to blame others for their folly Public servants who do not have humility to deserve the seat they occupy! People who have an opinion but lack any objectivity. They are the blind worms! Politicians whose behaviour suggests that they presume they will be in seat forever and when they are removed from office attempt to behave with a level of selective amnesia towards their own recent past which included awful behaviour! The arrogance of some expats who think they are superior to everyone "local"and behave with a misplaced arrogance.. when in reality there are many people better equipped to deal with matters than them!
