Some of my younger ladies are experiencing signs of menopause - occasional hot flashes, mood swings, sleep problems - even before it has begun. Include foods that are high in calcium, such as dark greens, yogurt and leafy greens. 3. Eat the largest meal at noon, when digestion is at its peak. 4. Gradually eliminate caffeine. 5.
