Some of these political writers amaze me at how they can miss something so obvious, or maybe Im missing something. I think that once the employer mandate kicks in there will be a much bigger wave of rate hikes, policy cancellations and doctor changes compared to the individual mandate. Let all that stuff brew total contempt for this law and somewhere in late 2015 or early 2016 pass the total repeal of the ACA in the House, then bring it to the Senate. If they dont get the 60 votes, Id be surprised. Any Dem Senator not going along with it may as well kiss his ass goodbye in the next election. If they get 60 or more votes, then let Obama veto it - Repubs get the credit for trying - and its King Obama that creates even more outrage against the Dems.
