Some of what I see in my newsfeed ... Things I quickly fast forward thru as my stomach turns and my eyes water ... Unbelievably heartless abuse at the hands of humans ... animals they see everyday and have to be aware of their deteriorating condition progressing daily which they turn a heartless blind eye to. I cant help but think of the harassment towards hunters. Id much rather see a nice harvest and a smiling hunter than these poor pitiful dying animals that completely trusted the humans who failed them miserably. The closed minds of what hunting consists of (management of numbers, crop damage, over population, FOOD on the table, regulations/laws by DNR, enforcement fines and imprisonment for those that dont adhere, and more) yet these extremely abused cases leaving animals to die a long painful death by heartless humans somehow get viewed differently. And most often the fines arent even equal punishment to suit the crime nor are those cases spot checked and regulated like DNR does with hunters. Theres a huge difference to me between a responsible law-abiding hunter and those that allow animals in their care, dependent on them, to literally starve to death and slowly become a carcass thrown in a pile behind a barn ~~ show me a proud hunter any day ~ that doesnt ruin my newsfeed
