I dont typically however follow Kobe Bryant. Im not a huge fan of his game. With that being said I couldnt agree more with his Quote about AAU basketball.. As a High School and college coach I was cleaning up AAU messes all the time.... AAU basketball, Bryant said. Horrible, terrible AAU basketball. Its stupid. It doesnt teach our kids how to play the game at all so you wind up having players that are big and they bring it up and they do all this fancy crap and they dont know how to post. They dont know the fundamentals of the game. Its stupid. There is a huge difference between AAU and Team basketball... Just like the best street ball team in the world would be destroyed by a college team...
