WHO IS THE CULPRIT- INDIAN POST OR CUSTOM DEPARTMENT OR SPINK & SONS WHO SEND DELIVERY WITHOUT INSURED ? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today i have received Registered Post from Spink & Sons London (Shipment no. RU 0585 0105 9GB) but i socked & surprised that the envelope contain chocholates instead of coins which i bought from recent spinks auction, within 1-2 minutes i immidiate run behind postman and saw the envelope to him but he refuse to take back due to flape opened, whenever after postal delivery when i tried to open flap which looks like pasted but without any efforts flap automatically remove & i saw the chocholets(some foreign brands like FOX Galcier Fruits(7 Pcs), Toblerone of Switzerlan (2 pcs) & Reeses (2 pcs), i have also send mail to Spink immidiately but still no reply from their part. Today i am very sad & upset and think to whom i can blame for stolen of my hard earn money
