Some of you might have noticed that there is another Simon Godfrey posing as me on Facebook sending out friend requests. This is because it is me. :) When I started this page, I never dreamed in a thousand years that it would reach so far beyond my immediate circle of friends and family. It has been incredible and the fun factor in my life as a musician and professional arsehole has increased by an order of magnitude. If there has been once downside to all of this, it has been that my family and some of my oldest and dearest friends have been somewhat sidelined by my constant stream of Godfrey bollocks. In order to restore some sense of family order and allow them to post more personal stuff without being overwhelmed by the atomic powered clown car that is my life, I decided to create a personal FB page dedicated to them. I will continue to post regularly on my main page, the usual brand of Simon related musical stupidity so have no worries in that direction. Im just keen to respect the lives of the few who have had the dubious pleasure of having to raise me or live with my presence in their lives for more years than they would care to admit!
