Some people I talk to dont get why I spend lots of money and put my body through hell going to events like conventions,signings,expo. But i love the fact that I can watch an episode of a tv show or a film during the week then at weekend have the opportunity to meet the actors ask questions have photos get something signed and with some becomes friends. Ok with some organisers the prices are getting silly but others the prices great plus where else can you be in the bar drinking with crixus/slade Wilson or on the dance floor with numerous tv stars including mister joss whedon. With cons or signings its a case of dont knock it until you try it.
