Some people are ditching their land lines, but I wanted to keep ours. But phone solicitors were relentlessly calling, so we permanently activated Do Not Disturb (a Verizon feature) on our home phone. Finally, weve stopped the routine of shouting Unavailable!!! throughout the house to signal why no one was answering the phone! Unfortunately, this means only 10 numbers can get through. Please email or call/text our cell phones if you need to talk to us.
