Realizing this ; changed the way I live my life, Now I have time for everything & everyone in my life that I care about and reflect caring for me, and I cherish every moment, I have more time with my family, I dont have time for the ones who dont have time for me, I Dont waste time on those people, instead I spend it on people who I love, care & can reflect, reflection is the key, if there is no reflection there is no time to waste in that direction, reflection can enhance your energy.
