Some people think Im nuts for my doll hobby, that they are creepy or weird or You spend HOW much? All I can say to those people is this: I have spent large amounts of my life unable to express the multitude of emotions and thoughts that run through my head on a daily basis. I keep 99% of this stuff hidden, as trying to express myself in a coherent manner can be very difficult for me unless I have the luxury of the written word, where I can edit and revise until I finally have the right words for what I am trying to say. I have only been collecting BJDs since November, thanks to the ever amazing Bre. I do not regret any of my resin crew, each one of them is a facet of myself that I cant express in the real world. My anti-social, book loving vampire. My insomniac little elfin trickster. The little blue ice fae. The little toddler. And my pretty girlie girl. I cannot remember the last time I had a hobby with such creative possibilities. I can paint them, clothe them, write about them, make photo stories and just have fun. Its endless. And to be honest, I really dont care if someone thinks that they are weird or creepy. Yes, I still play with dolls, and I am damn proud of it.
