Some people think that playing ping pong is fun. Sadly Harper does not. He spent his time in a shelter already and got adopted. We were all very thrilled when Harper went home and happy tears were shed. But we all know by now that happy stories can once again turn back into a sad story. Harper was found homeless and living on the streets and brought back to PACC on 11/29 and his family didnt come for him...maybe they didnt even look for him. He is a gorgeous boy, a good walker and good natured. The many volunteers that have spent time with him have written nice comments about him on his kennel card, he has a little fan club of his own. But what Harper needs now is a family that will love him forever and never send him back to the streets or shelter again. Harper is considered a special needs adoption as he is not a fan of cats. If you have other dogs at home it is always recommended that you do a meet and greet, it is the responsible thing to do. You can find this awesome guy in the PACC tent.
