Some replied upset about my smile video. Wow, and that it is easy for me to smile when everything is fine. I was not lecturing anyone, I was just simply sending good energy to the people I love. Regardless, even though I respect your POV and understand that it is not easy to smile in the mist of chaos, I believe otherwise. Especially as one that has experienced losses, cancer, financial challenges, long an painful immigration processes, kidnapping, etc. My point is that being able to smile does lifts the spirit and makes life easier. Your problems may still be there, but joy does not leave your realm and makes you lighter in the process; therefore, smile. It does help
