Some things that I allow myself to have. Enjoy! ▪️lemon and lime in your water ▪️please salt your food if you are 100% on plan with food and water and workouts and cardio ▪️hot sauce ▪️salsa sparingly as in 1-2 tsp here and there ▪️1 tbs brown Gravy on your rice (from the powder kind you make at home with water) ▪️SF syrup ▪️sirachi sauce ▪️mustard ▪️1 SF Popsicle jello cup or Popsicle here and there during the week. ▪️same thing with diet drinks ▪️any of the new Dasani zero Calorie sparkling water with tons of flavors if you are 100% on plan because of the sodium. You could drink one of these a day and I hear they taste soooo good. ▪️low sodium chicken broth to cook chicken and veggies in or use for water when making brown rice. If you are 100% on plan with cardio and workouts ▪️jalopenos, celery and lettuce and cucumbers are free ▪️coffee with powder creamer with stevia or Splenda make sure creamer is plain or SF ▪️plain iced tea with stevia ▪️spices without sugar. You dont have to just use Mrs. Dash ▪️walden farms products. ▪️torani SF syrups I can go on and on really. The main thing is watching calories and carbs and staying on PLAN 100% to be able to enjoy these things. I enjoy this lifestyle. It doesnt have to be boring. Mine sure isnt. Learn how to spice it up and be creative. Love yall.
