Some weak lake showers (and I do mean weak) will cross parts of the Niagara Frontier tonight. Another narrow band of lake effect rain may begin to set up across a part of the Niagara Frontier by late AM tomorrow. More widespread rain will overspread our region during the afternoon as a disturbance and colder air aloft move in. That cold air will help to set up a band of locally heavier Lake Effect Rain over part of the Niagara Frontier by mid/late afternoon into the early evening, embedded within the widespread rain. One of our in-house hi res models is showing a bit of snow on the high elevations very late tomw night into early Sunday. Ill have my updated 4Warn Forecast at 10 and further updated (with input then available from an important NWS model) on News 4 at 11.
