Some years ago, backstage at Perth Concert Hall in Western Australia after Roy Buchanans amazing show, Dublins own Gerry Quigley chatted for quite sometime with the legend himself. During the conversation Roy asked Gerry to play him something on his guitar, Roys own guitar that is ... so of course Gerry graciously rocked out a delicate tune ... Roy was astounded, his reaction was ... man, I just LOVE your vibrato! ... and so another great friendship was born, and phone numbers exchanged. Tragically, Roy has since passed away, but Gerry will treasure that memory forever ... heres a clip of the last 2 minutes of Gerry playing a Roy Buchanan classic ... apologies for the sound quality but you-tube does that sometimes. You can still get the idea, a little taste of what to expect if you catch us at a gig sometime. We have many awesome originals too, some of them on youtube. Gerry has been touring & recording in Australia for 30 years, so you may not have heard him yet. But we are now based in Cork City. You can expect to see us giggin around Ireland sometime soon.
