Someone asked how I can work for a network and a taxidermist at the same time. Well, its easy. I am a starving artist trying to earn enough money to survive. I have already filmed for the networks but I am employed until after the shows air in case they need interviews etc. from me or they ask me to do another show. I work for networks and production companies when I am hired; they hire me to perform survival on television or, as a survival instructor for a production. I work on a contract by contract basis. Some times I make a little. Sometimes I make a lot but never enough from one show to make enough money to pay my bills for the year. So, I perform various duties for hire such as taxidermy assistant, survival magazine writer, you tube channel, survival instructor, event promoter, motivational speaker, deck hand, adventure guide, CDL driver, landscaper, stone mason assistant, log home builder assistant, log home stainer, sawmill assistant, TV show fixer, home painter, handy woman repair work, etc. etc. to make a living. I dont get royalties. I dont get paid for all of the times a snow is seen as a rerun. I am too small for that so far but, I hope to one day. If I had a 9-5 job I could never do TV shows too. So, if you have a unique job you would like to hire me for; let me know. I hope that answers your questions. Bill Di Giacomo Anyone who tells me I am lucky is all wet. I work hard and I promote myself and I get the jobs done to pay the bills and I have yet to ever claim one cent in unemployment or any other aid.
