Someone could make a bangin waterfront gym in Glo for free just by picking up concrete, workout equip, and housing materials from Craigslist. There are dozens of spots just off the road which could be leveled off by shifting and working the rocks. Use rebar, breezeblocks, and concrete: build and waterproof a storm shelter to hold the stuff on rough days, Just pour footings to hold weight benches and racks in place. Sand then waterproof all the equipment. It would probably be safer to have an attractive nuisance like a gym on the shore rather than a huge rock obstacle course.
