Someone explain to me how it is that Red Bull settles a proposed $13 million class-action lawsuit settlement based on false advertising and I cant get compensated for lost wages because some admitted careless driver smacked into my 1999 Ford Explorer and totalled it last year. The attorney has strung me along for almost a year having me document and prove up my lost wages and work on this case to tell me today that because my name is not on the title , I have no claim to lost wages. My generous and kind boyfreind shipped that car out to me almost four years ago when I lost everything in the downfall of the housing market . I have used it ever since then. We didnt register the car in my name because of the hard times I was having but we carried insurance in my name on that vehicle. This guy and his careless driving put me out of business. I wasnt prepared to go buy a car. The insurance reimbursed my boyfriend a whopping 2k for the car . WTF are we supposed to buy with that ?We ended up spending 10k for a used car. This is bs to lead me on for a year to tell me this . So disappointed. How does this guy sleep at night. Dont use CPK Attorneys. Bradley Kinney or his brother . Guess theyve gotten too big for their britches. Their brochures state how hard they fight and how much they care about their clients. At first last year they werent such a big firm , but today for the first time their waiting room was packed. What a racket . Ive heard of people sustaining a little more than a scratch in their car and getting upwards of 30k. This is BS .
