Someone forgot to tell Congress and the President this isnt United States of the World... take care of our people first. eliminate foreign aide, but for rare cases in natural trauma(ie. floods, storms, etc.) They can take care of themselves. We should let them. Maybe in time they will respect the care we have for them all, and pay it back. That aid given after World War II was never paid back, and nothing since... we do we care for US
