Someone from my home town took their life at a youthful age so I feel like this needs to be heard. And if anyone has any doubts about themselves maybe this will help. There are struggles in life and people will doubt you and you will make mistakes. But every set back in life is a lesson you have to learn and grow from for yourself. I wish everyone understood this concept, and understood that nothing in this world is worth taking your own life for. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Larkins family and the people back home who knew Logan. And Im sharing this even though this may not have anything to do with why Logan took his life, and even if body building isnt your thing, this is a strong message. I just want anyone who reads this to know that you have to love yourself for who you are, and everyone needs confidence in themselves and you have to respect others for their confidence. Nobody is perfect, everyone has flaws and makes mistakes. But you have to love yourself for who you are or who you are working towards becoming. Whenever I have second thoughts about myself, I always, every time, watch this video. It proves that people will try and knock you down when youre succeeding or you if dont fit their standards then people will shame you. But take from this video that you have to over look the negatives about yourself and be positive. Love yourself and love those around you, because you never know what the person next to you is going through on the inside.
