Someone please explain to me why in education administrators tell a teacher that they are a great teacher and that their kids did fantastic on the state tests and then want to change the way they teach because the overall scores were below standard! If this were the corporate world that teacher would get a raise and the bad teacher would get fired but in education we punish everyone and drive the good teachers out!! #mylastyear
