Someone said dont let your union know... Well dude I am the union! Local 862. And proud of it... yes we have local representative and international representatives. . But guess what Bud, if you dont know. .you are the union. .you pay due and ford pays the paycheck just like you and me. And it is time for people to realize that what we vote on matters... our local Representatives have made me very happy for agreeing with t he shout out our members sent...thanks Scott Eskridge.. If youre scared to voice your opinion or thoughts or feelings. You need a refresher course on unions and how they operate. . Your vote is the one that counts..Learn to stand your ground. You voice makes a difference So grow a set and make a difference. .Your vote made them your representative. And your vote can change that if you dont like it. Be proud of Local 862. Cause its you!!!!!
