Someone who could not pay his loans to Merchant Bank for years, was suddenly rich enough to purchase a private jet to rent out to government when his brother was sworn into office after Atta Mills was murdered. We are now being told that he has virtually become Onasis overnight in a country where his brother John Mahama is struggling to account for $20 billion dollars in loans contracted over six years, 6 billion dollars of oil revenue too cannot be traced.
