Something happened yesterday that hasnt happen in last 4 years for Sandlyn. Yesterday marked one year since her last surgery. The longest she had gone in the last 4 years was 10 months, but most of her surgeries during that time frame were only separated by 4-6 months. Last year on Oct 10th and then again on Oct 17th, Sandlyn had 2 extensive surgeries ( one on her back and one on her legs) requiring a 3 month recovery. It is quite a happy event to have made it a whole year without more surgery. We will gladly take however many more months we can add to that! Prayer request: it takes 2 years for her back to heal from that last surgery...keep praying it continues to hold and be successful!!
