Something that is on my mind. Getting started with a new healthy routine is hard. Like really hard. You do things you dont really enjoy doing (working out). You eat things you dont enjoy as much as junk food. You feel tired and sore at first. The point is, you are doing things you didnt do before so you can get the results you have never had. Shakeology was something I struggled with at first. It doesnt taste like a frosty or a milk shake. I managed to get it down for a while because I knew it was awesome for me and was supposed to help accelerate my results. And then you know what. Not only was working out the last thing in the world I wanted to do. Not only was I just eating healthier things like vegetables, I began to enjoy (some of) them. Not only did I just drink my Shakeology, I began to crave it...like really crave it! Not only for what it did for my health (I could go on and on about that) but I now cant go a day without it. We have to do different things if we want different results. Getting started is hard and sometimes mean we have to do things we may not like NOW...but give it time. Give your hard work a fair shot. Dont quit after a week if you dont lose 9037573934 pounds that week after working hard, eating better. It takes time, hard work, PERSISTENCE, and doing things youve never done before to have results you have never had before.
