Something to consider.... NASA, in conjunction with private industry, has developed computer programs capable of controlling the Mars Rover and the descent used to get it there. To facilitate this, the computer programmers had to code distance, the speed of light, relative position of Mars and the Earth that changes constantly as both bodies move trough space at thousands of miles per hour and other celestial variables such as gravitational pull, solar winds and magnetic field disturbances. All of this was achieved flawlessly allowing the Rover to actually land without crashing before we knew it. These computer programs were written to preserve and maintain a multi-billion dollar project and equipment. A mere pittance compared to what ObamaCare™ will cost us, yet ObamaCares exchange website was built on a decade old platform with stolen script at an estimated cost of $640 million and counting. Obama now touts a tech surge promising to fix all of the associated problems with the website undoubtedly costing us a few hundred million more. To fix the website, Obama is adopting the same strategy used in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. In short, we can design a computer program to land a vehicle safely on Mars remotely to protect an investment in space exploration, but we cant develop software to protect one-sixth of our economy.
