Something unexpected and awesome happened while I was grocery shopping this morning. A woman walked up to me and said hi. I recognized her, but could not remember where from. She had worked at my favorite restaurant where I was a regular for many years. They served the best Mexican food in Houston. But now they are closed. She told me she is now cleaning houses. I got her number because I need a new person for that job. As she walked away, over her shoulder she said, Oh, be thinking which recipes you want from that restaurant. I have all of them! I almost fainted!!! I cannot wait to get my favorite recipes. Like I said, it was the BEST Mexican food in Houston, which has the best food of any city in America. I am so very excited!!
