Sometime I will make something and end up with something completely different. I made pork lion chops and started to saute some onions to go over them. I added flour and decided to use the last of the blackberry ale we had. Then I thought I wonder how blueberries would be in it so I added a cup of frozen blueberries. Tasted it and thought it needs a bit of sweetness so I added a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Well me I have to be different so I also added a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and tasted it. It was perfect! Sweet and spicy and fruity and went extremely well with the loin chops.
