Sometimes Douglas County schools get such bad criticism, I wanted to share a POSITIVE experience. Since I can now access both Maddie and Morgans grades online, I wanted to make the Infinite Campus Parent Portal app have all three kids info together. I wasnt sure how to do it so I sent an email to [email protected] and expected to wait a day or two to have an answer. Almost immediately, they answered my question and then confirmed that it had worked on my phone.....all in about 10 minutes. I can now see all three kids info ( but only middle and high school post grades) with the app. There is NO reason why parents cant stay informed or use the excuse that there is no communication.
