Sometimes I cant believe how lucky I am to have access to such great minds in the people that I work with as clients. With many holding and pursuing higher level degrees in nutritional/exercise science, some teaching at universities, some working in the research field, and not to mention at least three dozen of them now coaching successfully, the discussions and exchange of ideas/research I am privy to is unreal. I feel I learn just as much from them as I hope they learn from me. The value in surrounding yourself with quality people that are like minded cannot be overstated.
