Sometimes I do the dumbest things...I was out this afternoon, cutting back some small mesquites that had popped up too close to the house. I ended up stepping on a large mesquite limb that was already down and a huge thorn pierced the bottom of my shoe, went in the bottom of one toe, and came out the top of the toe...OUCH! I had to pull HARD to even get the thorn out of my shoe and my toe! Lesson learned...next time I will have my boots on instead of tennis shoes.
