Sometimes I get to play the hero! Everyone says you should always be yourself, no matter what happens. Unless you can be Batman.... Then you just HAVE to be Batman! This young Lady came to me with both a lovely tale of the reason for her Princess-cut diamond Eternity band and a sorry tale of how the jewellers responsible were reprehensibly bad in both how the ring was made and how they dealt with her afterwards. We spoke at length about avenues she could go down but eventually, due to one reason or another, this other jewellers totally avoided their responsibilities. Thats when H.G-Man stepped up.! We took in the ring and carefully cut out her stones. We then took our raw platinum and made a simple but strong channel set platinum band for her in double quick time, to hopefully right the wrongs a fellow tradesman had put upon her. Though tradesman is me being kind! She received her joyous parcel and was reunited with her important stones this very lunchtime and sent me a jolly message to let me know she was slightly delighted. ;-) H.G-Man to the rescue.... *flies across the sky, cape billowing behind him as his silhouetted figure passes by a very large cloud, front lit by an enormous H.G spotlight* We make the smiles here folks. ;-) Regards.
