Sometimes I wish I had studied human psychology. Cycling along a single track lane I came across two vehicles side by side, completely blocking the way. As I approached I dinged the cycle bell to no avail. On reaching the cars I found a very old woman on the left talking to a farmer type on the right. When asked to move and make space the old dear said, “you don’t own the road you know.” I replied, “I know, but I have every right to use it.” Incredible arrogance on her part which I fail to comprehend.
